B.S. from Ithaca College in Physical Therapy in 1987.


Achieved advanced certification through the Hand Therapy Certification Committee in 2000.


Has received advanced training in myofascial release and specializes in soft tissue injuries. 


Clinical focus is conservative and post-operative care of patients with upper extremity pain and dysfunction including carpal tunnel syndrome, fractures, tendonitis, tendon and nerve injuries, arthritis management, amputations, and other disorders of the hand, wrist, and elbow.


Lisa attends upper extremity conferences and frequently participates in on-line courses to maintain her certification in Hand Therapy (80+ hours every 5 years is required).


In addition to clinical work, Lisa has published two articles; “Physical Therapists’ Perceptions of the Role of the Physical Therapist Assistant” Published in Physical Therapy, June 1994; as well as “Functional Gains of a C3-incomplete Quadriplegic Using FES and Isokinetic Exercise Equipment.” Published in Clinical Management,  April 1990.

In addition to his clinical expertise, Troy has worked on various grant projects for the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and is published in the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses Journal (AAOHN) in the area of Ergonomics.
